Ken Wimberly’s entrepreneurial odyssey spans over two decades, marked by notable achievements and innovative ventures. In 2010, he established KW Net Lease Advisors in Fort Worth, TX, and scaled the team to become the #1 commercial real estate team in the entire KW Commercial ecosystem. His entrepreneurial spirit further manifested in 2018 as a founding partner of Laundry Luv, a laundromat chain with a heart. Laundry Luv goes beyond cleaning clothes; it’s a mission-driven endeavor to educate, equip, and inspire in the communities it serves. Each Laundry Luv location has a dedicated children’s play center and literacy center.

Military Service and Diverse Expertise

Ken’s journey is also marked by his commitment to his country. During Gulf War I, he served as a CTR (Cryptologist Technician – Morse Code) in the United States Navy, showcasing his dedication and skill. His diverse career path also includes significant roles in the insurance and investment sectors, holding Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63 investment licenses, and a Group I insurance license. His entrepreneurial flair was further demonstrated through the ownership and operation of a Perrotti’s Pizza restaurant in Arlington, Texas.

An Outdoor Enthusiast and Athlete

Ken’s passion for nature and athletics shines through in his leisure pursuits. He finds solace and inspiration in the Texas hill country ranches and thrives on the adrenaline of adventure races. His impressive feat of completing 10 Tough Mudder races, five 24-hour walks, and his first 29029 event exemplifies his dedication and zest for life.
