A 14,722 square foot Net Leased Walgreens- Aubrey, TX sold for an undisclosed amount. The property is a single tenant Walgreens with approximately 17 years left on an absolute net lease.
“We were able to line up a buyer for this property at a price that made a 1031 Exchange beneficial for our client. Our client’s goal was to diversify his interests and increase his cash flow with the sale proceeds from this transaction. Our buyer remained patient with us while we searched for the right exchange properties to accomplish our client’s goal,” says Motley.
The Seller was represented by Brad Motley of KW Net Lease Advisors, a Texas based investment real estate brokerage & advisory firm, and the Buyer were represented by Ray Hulik of Commercial Real Estate Services in Hawaii.
