“This was an off market asset that we were able to close in order to fulfill a 1031 Exchange requirement for our client. We felt it was a strong location and the rent increases will provide a hedge against inflation. Overall, it was a great deal to fit our client’s needs,” says Motley.
On July 6, 2015, Dollar Tree completed its acquisition of Family Dollar stores.
